About the role
- Lead initiatives that elevate our brand, drive growth for our fintech products, and foster customer loyalty
- Utilize product-led growth strategies to onboard new customers and increase feature adoption for our finance suite of products
- Lead product messaging and positioning efforts to differentiate MarginEdge in the market and better align our features with customer needs
- Oversee multi-channel go-to-market strategies that get attention and encourage adoption
- Conduct market + customer research to stay ahead of fintech and restaurant tech trends, gather competitive intel, and identify customer needs
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize engagement and drive continuous improvement in conversion rates
- Work cross functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Sales to ensure impactful product launches
Requirements
- 3+ years in product marketing, leading go-to-market strategies and product-led growth initiatives
- Experience in the fintech space
- Experience implementing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and expansion
- Experience initiating and managing multiple cross-team projects in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to balance tactical execution with high-level strategic thinking
- Strong written and verbal communicator, with a knack for turning complex concepts into simple terms
- Analytical mindset with the ability to tie marketing work to business impact
