About the role
- Support and manage CRM initiatives for Global Offers, including managing partners and reporting key metrics
- Maintain marketing materials for clients and regions ensuring they meet internal and external requirements
- Partner with external partners to develop marketing creative for CRM and B2B2C clients
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, external communication support and team communications (quarterly newsletters, monthly pulse, competitive newsletters)
- Work cross-functionally across Product Enablement, Product Development, Commercialization, Engineering, Product Operations, CIS, and Business Operations to deploy new websites
- Ensure materials are prepared for internal and external stakeholders alongside Offers leadership
- Lead and support various ad-hoc projects and initiatives as the business grows and evolves
Requirements
- In depth experience in product management, marketing, or sales
- Experience across product management, marketing, sales, communications, and partner management
- Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Creative problem-solver with a bias for action and experimentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, global environment
- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Figma
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Ability to manage CRM initiatives, internal and external partners, and reporting on key metrics
