About the role
- Act as the analytics subject-matter expert bridging sales and analytics teams
- Collaborate with sales to understand customer analytics requirements and propose solutions
- Conduct tailored analytics demonstrations showcasing SaaS analytics capabilities for client data scenarios
- Answer analytical and functional product questions
- Support proposal development to match analytics capabilities to client needs
- Translate customer requirements into analytics-based solution proposals for Product Development
- Stay updated on analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence advancements
- Provide analytics-driven insights to product and engineering from client interactions
- Represent the company's analytics capabilities at trade shows, webinars, and workshops
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics)
- Solid experience in analytics solution engineering, data consulting, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS context
- Profound understanding of analytics techniques, data visualization tools, and business intelligence methodologies
- Stellar communication and presentation skills with an emphasis on conveying analytics concepts
- Acquaintance with the SaaS analytics product cycle and data integration methodologies
- A proactive, data-driven mindset with keen analytical and problem-solving skills
- Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices; ensure confidentiality and integrity of information; report suspected security violations; complete mandatory security trainings
