About the role
- CASH WRAP: Greeting customers, conducting email/name capture, operating POS, maintaining cash accuracy and cash wrap cleanliness
- STOCKROOM / WAREHOUSE: Receive shipments and transfers, scan cartons, communicate discrepancies, process shipments, organize stockroom, manage stock levels, conduct cycle counts and participate in physical inventory
- SALES FLOOR: Analyze replenishment needs, replenish assigned zones, execute visual merchandising, support sales floor activities, communicate product information to customers
- Maintain Company Loss Prevention standards and create lasting impressions with customers by providing friendly, efficient service
Requirements
- Greeting the customer with a smile and with eye contact and offering your name
- Interact genuinely and naturally with the customer
- Read cues and determine customers’ needs
- Conduct email/name capture, where permitted by law
- Maintain accuracy when operating POS
- Maintain cash wrap organization and cleanliness
- Suggest multiple add‐ons and sell gift cards
- Maintain cash and POS media accurately and in compliance with Coach policy
- Receive shipment and transfers; scan cartons/transfers, verifying store information is correct
- Communicate all discrepancies to Store Management
- Process shipment/transfers according to Coach standards and timeframes
- Organize and clean stock room daily; shift/organize product in the stockroom
- Manage stock levels/product ownership in back-of-house and sales floor
- Prepare and conduct regular cycle counts; participate in store physical inventory counts
- Regularly analyze sales floor to assess replenishment needs; replenish sales floor/assigned zone
- Execute visual merchandising needs and support sales floor activities
- Maintain Company Loss Prevention standards
