About the role
- Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling accessories, and promoting promotions to drive revenue.
- Conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions and concerns throughout the process.
- Maintain store displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts; ensure visual merchandising is on-brand.
- Support Store Manager by motivating team, sharing sales tips, and creating positive, high-energy store environment.
- Oversee store operations including managing inventory, handling cash transactions, visual merchandising, and coordinating promotional activities.
- Encourage customers to share purchases and piercings on social media and represent the Claire's brand and trends.
Requirements
- You can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers.
- You are proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.
- You have completed some high school.
- At least one year of retail management experience.
- You can stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
- You can bend, stoop, extended reaching, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess a strong grasp of mathematics for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
- Self-motivated and organized; able to work alone at times.
- Passion for fashion and staying up to date with latest trends.
