About the role
- Manage the Affiliate channel and drive sales
- Support in executing Affiliate initiatives to improve ROAS and customer acquisition
- Monitor Affiliate performance and provide optimization recommendations
- Manage asset trafficking documents and creatives
- Provide performance reporting and communication with Affiliate publishers
- Support in financial accrual and invoicing
- Collaborate cross-functionally for promotional activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of specialized experience and expertise within Affiliate
- Proficient in affiliate networks
- Experience in influencer partnerships is preferred
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with publishers and creators
- Knowledge of marketing metrics and Affiliate verticals performance
- Ability to convey and connect both technical concepts and business context
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills are a must
