Growth Marketing

• Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new provider organizations, from first contact through full activation.
• Drive outreach and engagement to help bring new practices into the funnel and get them excited to try Tandem.
• Deliver training sessions, onboarding walkthroughs, and help materials tailored to different user types (staff, clinicians, administrators).
• Build repeatable playbooks and self-serve resources to help onboarding scale efficiently.
• Monitor activation and adoption data to identify blockers and intervene proactively.
• Drive usage of key features by helping providers understand how to incorporate them into real-world workflows.
• Partner with ops, product, and engineering teams to ensure a cohesive and high-quality user journey.
• Act as a hands-on, client-facing owner with high autonomy and responsibility.

Provider Growth Associate

• Own and drive growth across self-serve and SMB provider segments, expanding into new specialties, geographies, and acquisition channels.
• Define and execute the growth strategy for self-serve and SMB provider segments across specialties, geographies, and workflows.
• Own market share targets and expansion plans, prioritizing growth bets with leadership.
• Design and test new acquisition channels including word-of-mouth loops, referral programs, influencer/affiliate partnerships, and B2B2C platforms.
• Identify high-performing provider segments and use data to inform targeting, messaging, and positioning.
• Partner with product and onboarding teams to improve conversion funnels and early usage experience.
• Track adoption and engagement metrics, share insights internally, and drive accountability to key growth outcomes.
• Work closely with the team and CEO to make business decisions balancing speed of growth and long-term profitability.
• Engage directly with provider users to understand adoption drivers, causes of churn, and integration into daily workflows.

Network Growth Lead

• Own relationships with key provider organizations — serving as the strategic point of contact for adoption, engagement, and growth.
• Analyze account performance data (activation, usage, retention) and translate insights into concrete priorities.
• Develop and execute expansion strategies within existing accounts — including new specialties, workflows, and service lines.
• Drive onboarding and workflow design conversations with providers, staff, and clinical users.
• Identify opportunities to improve product fit or service delivery — and collaborate with product, ops, and engineering to build the right solutions.
• Play a direct role in informing roadmap and strategic decisions based on patterns observed across accounts.
• Help shape Tandem’s provider-facing growth motion — including how we scale across new markets and clinical categories.

Growth Strategy Associate

Analytics Engineer

• Build and maintain the core data models that serve as the foundation for internal analytics and client-facing insights
• Design and operate the data pipelines that transform raw sources into clean, analytics-ready tables
• Create dashboards and reporting tools that drive performance visibility and decision-making across product, ops, and GTM
• Define and enforce metric consistency across teams — including core business KPIs and product usage definitions
• Help improve and scale our analytics stack (we use GCP BigQuery and Dataform, Fivetran, Postgres, and dashboarding tools)
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to understand data needs and translate them into reliable systems
• Contribute to internal data culture through documentation, education, and code quality standards
