• Responsible for project invoicing, revenue recognition, contract compliance, and financial reporting

Operations

• oversee end-to-end order management, customer delivery, and installation operations across the U.S. market
• ensure a seamless customer experience from order confirmation through final installation
• manage stock allocation and inventory planning
• lead delivery and installation operations for high-quality execution and customer satisfaction
• monitor operational expenses including logistics, vendor services, installation costs, and supplies
• establish and track KPIs including on-time delivery, installation quality, customer satisfaction, and cost per install
