About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage full-cycle recruitment across functions and regions
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies aligned with business needs
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, direct outreach, and other channels
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience throughout the process
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and track key recruitment metrics
- Coordinate with external recruitment partners when needed
- Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, and off-boarding
- Coordinate global onboarding tasks, including employment agreements and orientation
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS
- Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, employee inquiries, and employment-related documentation
- Keep internal systems and documentation up to date
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition and HR operations
- Exposure to full-cycle recruitment from posting, sourcing, and screening through interview coordination and offer support
- Confident using ATS, HRIS, and other people systems (BambooHR experience considered an asset)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-minded
- Ability to manage hiring workflows, onboarding, employee records, payroll support, benefits administration, and employment documentation
- Understanding the importance of accuracy, discretion, and compliance in HR processes
- Experience supporting HR across multiple regions (Canada, the U.S., Australia, or the U.K. would be an asset)
- Clear communication skills and ability to work well with multiple stakeholders
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to improving recruitment and HR processes
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a start-up or scaling business would be considered an asset.
