About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead project accounting, revenue recognition, and financial reporting for complex projects
- Responsible for project invoicing, revenue recognition, contract compliance, and financial reporting
- Serve as a key liaison between Finance, Project Management, and external stakeholders
- Manage project financial data within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Oversee invoicing and payment tracking, monitor project costs and revenue recognition
- Support monthly reporting, audits, and compliance requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a comparable ERP/accounting system
- A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality financial records
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business productivity tools
- The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
