Streamline resource planning by automating workflows and integrating system-driven solutions
Partner with key stakeholders to align capacity tools and system enhancements with organizational goals and shared team objectives
Develop dashboards and reporting workflows using workforce systems to provide actionable insights into scheduling efficiencies and trends for BioLife centers
Share system-driven analytics with HR, DD&T, and BioLife operations teams to enable data-driven decision-making
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of workforce system processes across BioLife centers, ensuring enhanced operational efficiency through automation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Human Resources, or a related field (required)
Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA or Master’s in Workforce Management, Information Systems)
8-10+ years of experience in workforce systems, scheduling software configuration, and systems implementation
Skilled in workflow automation and applying tools to resolve complex workforce planning challenges
Expertise in workforce systems configuration, workflow automation, and capacity optimization tools
Proficiency in implementing, developing, and enhancing scheduling software
Advanced analytical capabilities to transform workforce system data into actionable strategy recommendations
Effective collaboration and communication across HR, DD&T, operations, and BioLife leadership
Strong ability to develop dashboards and reporting workflows tailored for decision-making
Proven capacity to innovate workforce systems and streamline labor management processes
Experience mentoring team members on advanced workforce system tools and automation strategies
Travel required: 10%
