Lead complex engagements with PayPal product teams to ensure new products meet card network guidelines
Maintain the central repository and governance structure for receiving, tracking, prioritizing and communicating card network requirements to product managers
Partner with leadership and internal stakeholders to evaluate product changes and impacts to payment network obligations
Provide network compliance subject matter expertise to payment solutions teams and make recommendations to ensure compliance while preserving consumer experience
Identify issues and recommend best practices for risk management
Lead functional projects and programs that enhance risk assessment and mitigation efforts
Collaborate with teams to analyze business trends and their implications for risk management
Contribute to process improvements that enhance the effectiveness of risk management strategies
Provide guidance and support to team members in executing risk management initiatives
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Expertise in payment network rule and scheme release protocols (preferred)
5+ years working in a card acquiring environment (preferred)
Network compliance subject matter expertise
Experience maintaining repositories and governance for network requirements
Ability to evaluate product changes and impacts to payment network obligations
