• Lead technical onboarding with customers to understand roles, hiring goals, must-have signals, and constraints.
• Translate customer needs into structured interview flows, role-specific question banks, and scoring rubrics.
• Set clear expectations on what “good” looks like (pass/fail thresholds, evaluation rationale, interviewer tone and style).
• Design, build, and refine prompts and agent logic that drive interviewer behavior, question sequencing, probing, and candidate experience.
• Ensure interviewer conversations are consistent, role-relevant, and robust to edge cases (evasive candidates, unclear answers, noisy audio, interruptions).
• Implement multi-step structured interview flows with state management and guardrails.
• Design and maintain AI-based evaluation and scoring aligned to customer rubrics and hiring criteria.
• Improve accuracy, consistency, and explainability of scoring at scale (including calibration across roles/customers).
• Identify bias/fairness risks and contribute to mitigation strategies and compliant evaluation practices.
• Launch new customer interviewers into production and own iteration cycles from early rollout through steady-state performance.
• Use customer feedback + production metrics to prioritize improvements and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Communicate changes clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Build and own lightweight QA/evaluation pipelines to measure conversation quality, scoring accuracy, and reliability before/after changes.
• Monitor production performance and partner with engineering to balance quality, latency, and cost tradeoffs.
• Contribute to standards and best practices for prompt quality, eval quality, and voice-agent reliability.

Forward Deployed Engineer

Account Executive

• Own the full sales cycle from qualified meeting to close across mid-market and enterprise customers
• Run discovery calls to understand customer pain points and align Take2’s value to hiring outcomes
• Manage and progress opportunities through demos, pilots, procurement, and close
• Partner closely with SDRs, founders, and product to refine ICP, messaging, and sales strategy
• Act as a trusted advisor to recruiting and HR leaders, building long-term relationships
• Accurately forecast pipeline and maintain clean CRM hygiene
• Provide feedback from customers and prospects to inform product and go-to-market decisions

Sales Development Rep

• Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up
• Research and identify target accounts and buyer personas across recruiting, talent, and HR teams
• Execute personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn, and calls to engage prospective customers
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives
• Partner closely with founders and sales leadership to refine ICPs, messaging, and outreach strategy
• Track and manage activity and pipeline in CRM, continuously improving conversion rates
• Help build and document early sales processes and best practices as the company scales

Sales Development Representative

Recruitment

• Own recruiting end to end while partnering closely with the founders
• Partner directly with the founders on headcount planning, org design, and hiring bar
• Build top-of-funnel sourcing, interview processes, and closing motion from scratch
• Shape our culture and ways of working, including values, onboarding, feedback loops, and early team rituals
• Put simple, human-first people practices and HR policies in place using lightweight tools
• Grow with the company into a senior talent or people leadership role

Founding Recruiter

• Design, build, and refine prompts that drive AI interviewer behavior, question sequencing, and responses
• Ensure prompts enforce role-specific requirements, structured interview flows, and consistent behavior
• Identify failure modes, edge cases, and sources of inconsistency in both conversations and evaluations
• Implement AI interviewer agents based on customer-specific role requirements, screening attributes, and interview questions
• Design and maintain AI-based evaluation and scoring systems aligned with defined rubrics and hiring criteria
• Ensure evaluations are accurate, consistent, and explainable at scale
• Build and own evaluation pipelines to measure conversation quality, scoring accuracy, and reliability
• Simulate real-world interview scenarios to validate interviewer behavior before and after changes
• Monitor production performance and iterate rapidly to improve outcomes across high-volume interviews
• Ensure AI interviewers perform reliably and efficiently in high-throughput environments
• Partner with engineering to balance quality, latency, and cost tradeoffs
• Contribute to guardrails around consistency, bias, and compliance as systems scale
• Work closely with engineering to integrate prompts and agent logic into production systems
• Partner with product and operations to translate customer requirements into precise AI behavior
• Help shape internal standards and best practices for prompt engineering, evaluation, and AI quality
