About the role
- Serves as the operational and administrative contact for a portfolio of full-service, defined contribution institutional clients
- Builds relationships with plan contacts and serves as primary point of contact for clients and advisors
- Oversees and manages outsourcing of plan administration, meeting internal and external deadlines
- Maintains schedule for plan activities; leads client meetings, conference calls, and discussions for client campaigns
- Analyzes escalated/sensitive plan and participant issues; determines appropriate course of action and escalations
- Manages and directs cross-functional teams regarding client problem resolution and service enhancements
- Consults and develops strategy for assigned portfolio to maintain and enhance client relationships
- Participates in interdepartmental projects and provides Client Administration perspective
- Partners with RPS Sales to support business growth; may attend sales finalist presentations and present role value
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 2+ years of total relevant work experience
- Advanced knowledge of T. Rowe Price products and services, the defined contribution business, and ERISA (preferred)
- Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) credential (preferred)
- FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role
- Ability to travel for Sales or Client visits (may be required)
