About the role
- Provide strong quantitative and critical thinking to deliver a high-impact strategy for Individual Investor (II) client segments
- Design, execute, and analyze tests for single and multi-campaigns using marketing technology platforms
- Execute components of multichannel marketing plans aligned to specific populations of prospects and clients
- Continuously monitor and analyze channel performance; identify trends and recommend optimizations
- Prepare detailed analytical reports and presentations translating complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Develop, adapt, and refine forecasting and modeling to support strategic planning and goal setting
- Support internal and external elements necessary for successful execution of segment marketing plans, ensuring legal and compliance obligations are satisfied and coordinating content review and approval
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 2+ years of total relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL; Python experience is a plus
- Strong quantitative analytical skills and effective problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to cultivate and nurture relationships
- Results-oriented with accountability and ownership
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Math (preferred)
- FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role
