About the role

Partner with energy and utilities clients to understand business objectives and define high-impact analytics use cases
Translate complex business problems into structured data & analytics solutions
Lead human-centered design session to co-create solutions with client teams spanning functional and technical stakeholders
Manage end-to-end analytics projects, from data discovery and modeling to visualization and insights
Develop and implement KPIs, dashboards, models, architectures, and more
Leverage tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and programming languages to deliver insights
Apply deep knowledge of the Energy & Infrastructure industry to inform analytics strategies
Lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of Data & Analytics engagements
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development within the practice
Ensure delivery excellence through structured project management and stakeholder engagement
Foster a data-driven culture through change management and strategic communication

5+ years of experience in data analytics, including data visualization, advanced analytics, and statistical modeling
3+ years of experience in the energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors
3+ years of consulting or internal consulting experience
Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and analytics platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
Proven ability to communicate complex data insights to executive stakeholders
Experience managing analytics projects and leading cross-functional teams
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively (verbal and written)
Proven leadership and teamwork abilities
Comfort handling ambiguity and managing multiple assignments
Demonstrated ability to effectively expand professional networks through strategic relationship building and engagement
Experience with capital project analytics, asset performance management, or grid modernization preferred
