About the role

  • Partner with energy and utilities clients to understand business objectives and define high-impact analytics use cases
  • Translate complex business problems into structured data & analytics solutions
  • Lead human-centered design session to co-create solutions with client teams spanning functional and technical stakeholders
  • Manage end-to-end analytics projects, from data discovery and modeling to visualization and insights
  • Develop and implement KPIs, dashboards, models, architectures, and more
  • Leverage tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and programming languages to deliver insights
  • Apply deep knowledge of the Energy & Infrastructure industry to inform analytics strategies
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of Data & Analytics engagements
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development within the practice
  • Ensure delivery excellence through structured project management and stakeholder engagement
  • Foster a data-driven culture through change management and strategic communication

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, including data visualization, advanced analytics, and statistical modeling
  • 3+ years of experience in the energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors
  • 3+ years of consulting or internal consulting experience
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and analytics platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
  • Proven ability to communicate complex data insights to executive stakeholders
  • Experience managing analytics projects and leading cross-functional teams
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively (verbal and written)
  • Proven leadership and teamwork abilities
  • Comfort handling ambiguity and managing multiple assignments
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively expand professional networks through strategic relationship building and engagement
  • Experience with capital project analytics, asset performance management, or grid modernization preferred
