About the role
- Partner with energy and utilities clients to understand business objectives and define high-impact analytics use cases
- Translate complex business problems into structured data & analytics solutions
- Lead human-centered design session to co-create solutions with client teams spanning functional and technical stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end analytics projects, from data discovery and modeling to visualization and insights
- Develop and implement KPIs, dashboards, models, architectures, and more
- Leverage tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and programming languages to deliver insights
- Apply deep knowledge of the Energy & Infrastructure industry to inform analytics strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of Data & Analytics engagements
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development within the practice
- Ensure delivery excellence through structured project management and stakeholder engagement
- Foster a data-driven culture through change management and strategic communication
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, including data visualization, advanced analytics, and statistical modeling
- 3+ years of experience in the energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors
- 3+ years of consulting or internal consulting experience
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and analytics platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
- Proven ability to communicate complex data insights to executive stakeholders
- Experience managing analytics projects and leading cross-functional teams
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively (verbal and written)
- Proven leadership and teamwork abilities
- Comfort handling ambiguity and managing multiple assignments
- Demonstrated ability to effectively expand professional networks through strategic relationship building and engagement
- Experience with capital project analytics, asset performance management, or grid modernization preferred
