About the role

Provide specialized end to end BI support, visualization/presentation, and solutions for business/functions and projects
Develop, adopt and evolve best-in-class reporting and BI capability
Produce specialized reporting packages, dashboards and scorecards for product design, customer engagement, account management and business decision making
Lead implementation of initiatives supporting business/function strategy
Conduct analysis to provide enhanced BI to inform management leadership team
Create complex and comprehensive BI reporting packages utilizing data infrastructure and transforms into visual stories
Validate data quality and develop meaningful commentary/insights
Work with business partners to understand objectives and provide ad-hoc data extracts
Provide advisory or consultative services regarding multi-format data visualization techniques
Participate in cross-functional/enterprise initiatives as subject matter expert
Mentor and share knowledge within team, contribute to continuous process and performance improvements

Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred (e.g., math, physics, engineering, finance or computer science)
Graduate's degree preferred OR 3+ years of relevant experience
Expert knowledge of reporting and BI platforms, tools and techniques
Knowledge of main data sources and ability to integrate data across the enterprise
Experience with specialized data visualizations and interactive visualizations
Ability to present to senior management or executives
Ability to validate data quality and integrity
Ability to develop reporting packages, dashboards and scorecards
Ability to adopt, implement and evolve report automation and visualization standards
