About the role
- Design, validate and deploy technical solutions to maintain, improve, and evolve the T-Mobile End User Computing environment.
- Develop and maintain designs and solutions prioritizing reliability, performance, and efficiency while limiting costs and time to market.
- Evaluate and translate requirements into design; evaluate design benefits and tradeoffs; validate design compliance and support deployment.
- Develop tools for technology evolution, capacity management, and performance optimization.
- Prepare user documentation and present design benefits to diverse audiences.
- Support engineering projects; lead testing and inspections; produce detailed reports and complex analyses.
- Formulate and enhance procedures to validate, improve, and optimize end-user computing environments.
- Lead others through scenarios and explain variance and impact.
- Build validation tests and document results.
- Investigate, analyze processes and vendor roadmaps to recommend technology changes.
- Write technical documentation that outlines architecture, capabilities, limitations, and benefits of technologies.
- Present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical decision-makers.
- Mentor others, collaborate with technical teams, and influence technology and policy decisions.
- Perform evaluations of new devices for compatibility and conduct feasibility analyses of new technologies and features.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Engineering/Computer Science (Required)
- 5 yrs Technical engineering experience (Required)
- Able to communicate goals in support of the business' mission. (Required)
