About the role

  • Manage day-to-day operations for smaller client accounts on Amazon, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Support senior account managers with execution and delivery for larger accounts, including reporting, project tracking, and client communication.
  • Support the development and execution of client account plans, focusing on growth strategies within the Amazon ecosystem.
  • Partner with internal teams (media, content, data, retail) to help ensure client goals and deliverables are executed on time and within scope.
  • Develop a solid understanding of the Amazon ecosystem, growth levers, and Podean’s offerings to contribute to client strategies and recommendations.
  • Analyse client, company, and category data to provide insights and support the development of growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver regular account updates, performance reports, and insights to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce or upsell relevant products and services to enhance client satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • Participate in client calls and internal meetings, providing updates and preparing materials as needed.
  • Help maintain client scope by tracking deliverables, managing timelines, and supporting expectation setting.
  • Contribute to team initiatives such as knowledge sharing, process documentation, and trainings.
  • Stay current with Amazon policies, platform updates, marketplace trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce account management, with direct Amazon account experience required.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to adapt style to different audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client support.
