About the role
- Develop and implement T-Mobile strategies to continuously improve the customer experience and drive subscriber and revenue growth.
- Drive strategy and high-level business rationale (market/product/brand fit) and own T-Mobile service and product roadmap.
- Define target, value prop and reason to believe requirements – lead creation of and prioritizing use cases to deliver on strategy.
- Develop strategies and business cases for services and product innovations and product optimization, factoring in market dynamics, consumer patterns, competitive actions, retailer/channel conflict.
- Work with Market Intelligence, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Program Management and Operations to define and implement strategic vision.
- Lead the discovery phase for new opportunities and present recommendations to senior leadership.
- Lead the Phone Market Invest (MI) Budgeting and Forecasting for Consumer Line of Business including promotional planning, pricing strategy, and segment targeting.
- Lead quarterly and annual planning of Voice Promotions and Activations aligned to customer growth targets; optimize for customer load mix, MI efficiency, and Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC).
- Cooperate with internal business partners to create Voice Acquisitions Promo calendar and create compelling and differentiated Phone offers that drive customer conversion.
- Create, run, and refine promotional offer portfolios based on performance data, competitive intel, and evolving customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with product and GTM teams to drive successful product launches and revenue enhancements.
- Run business performance including tracking of results, preparing contingencies and developing iterations of the plan in a competitive environment.
- May lead/mentor less experienced peers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Master's/Advanced Degree (Preferred)
- Marketing experience in one or more of the following categories: software/hardware, web, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or consumer packaged goods. (Required)
- Driving strategy cross functionally
- Analyzing customer, business and industry data to drive business performance
- May lead/mentor less experienced peers
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
