About the role
- collaborate with internal business clients to structure deals
- provide practical, business-first legal guidance
- build scalable deal approaches including playbooks, templates, and negotiation strategies
- drive process improvements within T-Ads legal support
- advise a growing business unit on complex contractual relationships
- negotiate, draft, and revise complex commercial agreements
- serve as a trusted advisor to internal business clients
- counsel business clients on emerging issues in ad tech and digital media
Requirements
- 7-10 years’ experience as a transactional attorney
- experience supporting areas such as ad tech, advertising, marketing, media
- experience negotiating with advertising agencies and brands
- J.D. from an accredited university with strong academic credentials
- active bar membership in at least one U.S. state (in good standing)
- eligibility for admission to the New York bar
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong analytical, drafting, and decision-making skills
- ability to manage multiple matters and priorities
- ability to work independently on day-to-day matters
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
