About the role
- Support the growth of organic search performance across T-Mobile’s digital properties
- Collaborate with SEO Managers and cross-functional partners to execute optimizations, conduct research, and deliver insights
- Identify opportunities to increase visibility, traffic, and conversions through data-driven recommendations
- Assist the team in executing the holistic SEO roadmap to expand T-Mobile’s organic search presence across platforms
- Work cross-functionally on aspects of SEO including keyword research, content strategy, and implementation of on-page SEO tactics
- Develop relevant and consistent reporting and data visualizations to support business conversations and decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field and/or commensurate combination of education and experience
- 1–3 years of experience in SEO (agency or in-house) or a closely related digital marketing/analytics role
- Foundational knowledge across technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, STAT, or enterprise-level SEO platforms
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, GA4, Tableau, and other analytics platforms
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify patterns, diagnose issues, and uncover growth opportunities
- Clear and confident communicator who can collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
