Lead contract closeout efforts and serve as the Team Lead
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring quality control
Coordinate assignments and mentor team members
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and client-facing communications
Requirements
A minimum of ten (10) years of federal contract closeout experience
Experience supervising or leading a team within a federal contracting or acquisition environment
Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Knowledgeable in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and federal contract closeout procedures
Proficiency in using software tools for document creation, collaboration, and formatting, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PRISM or similar contracting writing systems
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to project timelines
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts, acquisition professionals, and stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate tasks in a fast-paced environment
Must be a US Citizen
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. The investigation will involve a credit, fingerprint, and law enforcement agency check.
