About the role
- Lead contract closeout efforts and serve as the Team Lead
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring quality control
- Coordinate assignments and mentor team members
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and client-facing communications
Requirements
- A minimum of ten (10) years of federal contract closeout experience
- Experience supervising or leading a team within a federal contracting or acquisition environment
- Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Knowledgeable in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and federal contract closeout procedures
- Proficiency in using software tools for document creation, collaboration, and formatting, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PRISM or similar contracting writing systems
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to project timelines
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts, acquisition professionals, and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. The investigation will involve a credit, fingerprint, and law enforcement agency check.
