About the role

  • Research, Create, and Execute travel itineraries for your clients.
  • Review individual needs and wants for travel, to ensure you plan a trip designed specifically for your client.
  • Review budgets and plan client trips accordingly.
  • Book travel needs including airlines, hotels, car rentals, cruises, tours, events, and much more!
  • Effectively communicate with clients pre and post travel to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Handle client issues that arise before, during, or after travel.
  • Complete ongoing trainings to maintain and earn certifications within the travel industry.
  • Attend ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers to become specialized with specific destinations, types of travel, etc.
  • Remain current regarding changes within the travel and tourism industry.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Must have reliable internet access and a computer (recommended) or a smartphone
  • Hospitality, Customer Service, or Sales background is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Personal travel experience is a plus, but not a requirement
