About the role

  • Prepare and deliver customized product demonstrations to potential customers and partners
  • Act as primary technical point of contact for sales team and customers during the sales cycle
  • Design, implement, and support Proof of Concept (POC) and pilot trials in customer environments
  • Provide technical content for RFP/RFI responses
  • Train and enable the sales team on product features, technical talking points, and competitor positioning
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, and Marketing teams for cohesive go-to-market strategy
  • Represent the company at conferences and trade shows
  • Assist Customer Success team with post-sales technical handoff to ensure customer requirements are understood

Requirements

  • Candidate should live in Europe (preferably in Germany, but other European countries considered)
  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering preferable (equivalent qualifications considered)
  • 2+ years of work experience
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected questions during live demos
  • Active listening skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and master product features, architecture, and deployment models
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations across Europe and represent the company at conferences
  • English and German – Upper-Intermediate or higher
