As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you are the technical interface between our services and the requirements of our clients.
You support our Consulting and Sales teams in clearly explaining complex matters in TI (Telematics Infrastructure), eHealth and custom software, developing suitable solution approaches, and technically accompanying our projects from the initial idea through to proof-of-concept.
Analyze customer requirements in the areas of TI, eHealth and custom software development
Provide technical input for tenders, proposals and conceptual documents
Deliver presentations, workshops and demos for clients
Develop integration and implementation concepts for e-prescription (E-Rezept), CardLink and electronic patient record (ePA) scenarios
Collaborate closely with Sales, Consulting and Development to craft realistic, practice-oriented solutions
Feed market and customer requirements back into the further development of our service portfolio
Requirements
Degree in (Business) Informatics, Medical Informatics or a comparable qualification
Initial experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Engineering or IT Consulting, ideally in healthcare
Technical understanding of IT architectures, interfaces (APIs) and integration projects
Ability to present complex technical topics clearly and persuasively
Excellent German skills (C2) and good English skills
Analytical thinking, a structured working style and enjoyment in working with clients
