Advise European sales colleagues and prospective customers on questions and requirements related to warehouse management software
Analyze customer-specific logistics processes and derive appropriate solutions
Prepare software specifications, effort estimates and proposals in collaboration with specialist departments
Present software solutions, including demos, at customer sites
Handover successfully sold projects to project delivery/implementation
Maintain and develop sales materials such as cost calculations, presentations and proposal templates
Represent the company at trade shows and customer events
Requirements
Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
Solid process knowledge in intralogistics and experience in the implementation and rollout of software systems
Strong customer orientation, business acumen and pronounced cost awareness
Goal- and result-oriented working style with strong analytical skills
Excellent sales and communication skills (including English)
Practical knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel, and experience with CRM systems
