• Advise European sales colleagues and prospective customers on questions and requirements related to warehouse management software
• Analyze customer-specific logistics processes and derive appropriate solutions
• Prepare software specifications, effort estimates and proposals in collaboration with specialist departments
• Present software solutions, including demos, at customer sites
• Handover successfully sold projects to project delivery/implementation
• Maintain and develop sales materials such as cost calculations, presentations and proposal templates
• Represent the company at trade shows and customer events
