• Du möchtest den Praxisalltag von morgen mitgestalten? Als Anwendungsberater/in bist du das Herzstück bei der Einführung von der Praxisverwaltungssoftware tomedo ®.
• Du begleitest unsere Kund/innen mit viel Empathie durch den Veränderungsprozess und sorgst dafür, dass sich die Digitalisierung für sie einfach gut anfühlt.
• Du betreust die Arztpraxen von der ersten Bedarfsanalyse bis zum erfolgreichen Go-Live von tomedo ®.
• Gemeinsam mit den Kunden optimierst du maßgeschneiderte Praxisabläufe, von der Terminplanung über die Dokumenteneinrichtung bis hin zu individuellen Ziffernketten.
• Du führst Schulungen interaktiv durch, entweder remote aus unserem Office in der Bonner Altstadt oder direkt vor Ort in der Praxis.
• Du passt tomedo ® individuell an die Bedürfnisse der Praxis an und unterstützt bei der Installation vor Ort, damit alles reibungslos funktioniert.
• Auch nach der Umstellung bleibst du Ansprechperson und stehst unseren Kunden im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für tomedo ® zur Seite.

• You support medical practices from the initial needs analysis through to a successful go‑live of tomedo ®.
• Together with customers, you optimize tailored practice workflows.
• You deliver interactive training, either remotely from our office in Bonn's Old Town or directly on-site at the practice.
• You customize tomedo ® to the specific needs of the practice and assist with on-site installation.
• Even after the transition, you remain the point of contact for tomedo ® in 1st- and 2nd-level support.

• As an Application Consultant, you are at the heart of implementing the practice management software tomedo®.
• You guide our clients through the change process with empathy.
• You support medical practices from the initial needs analysis through to a successful tomedo® go-live.

• You deliver interactive training sessions, either remotely from our office in Bonn's Old Town or directly on-site at the practice.
• You customize tomedo® to the practice's specific needs and assist with on-site installation.
• You remain a point of contact after the transition and support our clients with 1st- and 2nd-level support.
