About the role

  • You support medical practices from the initial needs analysis through to a successful go‑live of tomedo ®.
  • Together with customers, you optimize tailored practice workflows.
  • You deliver interactive training, either remotely from our office in Bonn's Old Town or directly on-site at the practice.
  • You customize tomedo ® to the specific needs of the practice and assist with on-site installation.
  • Even after the transition, you remain the point of contact for tomedo ® in 1st- and 2nd-level support.

Requirements

  • Ideally, you are trained as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or Practice Manager.
  • You know the hectic everyday life of a medical practice from your own experience.
  • You have an outstanding ability to grasp new information and proactively look for solutions.
  • You are enthusiastic about IT and have already worked with practice management systems.
  • Initial experience with tomedo ® is a plus but not a must.
  • You can explain complex content in a simple way.
  • You work highly self-organized and keep a cool head even during stressful go‑live phases.
  • You enjoy traveling (Class B driver's license is an advantage).
  • Very good German skills (C1) are required.
  • You have a positive view of people, communicate respectfully, and are a true team player.
