About the role
- As an Application Consultant, you are at the heart of implementing the practice management software tomedo®.
- You guide our clients through the change process with empathy.
- You support medical practices from the initial needs analysis through to a successful tomedo® go-live.
- Together with clients, you optimize tailored practice workflows.
- You deliver interactive training sessions, either remotely from our office in Bonn's Old Town or directly on-site at the practice.
- You customize tomedo® to the practice's specific needs and assist with on-site installation.
- You remain a point of contact after the transition and support our clients with 1st- and 2nd-level support.
Requirements
- Ideally you are trained as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or Practice Manager and have first-hand experience with the busy daily life of a medical practice.
- “Can’t be done” isn’t in your vocabulary — you have an excellent grasp of new information and proactively seek solutions.
- You are enthusiastic about IT and have experience with practice management systems — prior experience with tomedo® is a plus but not required.
- You can explain complex topics in simple terms, are highly self-organized, and stay calm even during stressful go-live phases.
- You enjoy traveling (driving license class B preferred) to regularly visit our clients in their practices.
- Very good German language skills (C1) are required.
- You have a positive view of people, communicate respectfully, and are an absolute team player with a solution-oriented mindset.
Benefits
- Work–life balance — finally no weekend shifts!
- Flexible working hours (from 30 hours/week, part-time or full-time) and up to one remote workday per week after your onboarding.
- Attractive salary — we reward your expertise with a salary significantly above the MFA pay scale, plus a company pension plan.
- “Hero” equipment — you will work with up-to-date Apple hardware (MacBook) that you may also use privately.
- Team spirit & culture — a young, warm team in Bonn's Old Town awaits you.
- All-inclusive perks — enjoy an in-house chef, an Urban Sports membership, and a comprehensive onboarding.
- Future-proof — you'll work in a resilient, growing industry at the exciting intersection of healthcare and IT.
