About the role
- Reporting to the Global LDR Director you will lead and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives in AMER.
- Help develop and manage lead generation strategies across inbound, outbound, and social channels.
- Help build and maintain scalable processes for prospecting, data management, and lead qualification.
- Oversee the daily activities of the AMER lead generation team, providing coaching and performance management.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment, messaging, and campaign execution.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
- Help manage lead scoring models, CRM hygiene, and automation workflows to improve efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement through testing, feedback, and adoption of new tools/technologies.
- Represent Sysdig with prospects and customers, at key industry events as needed.
Requirements
- 3 years+ of experience as an inside sales or business development leader
- Preferable background in SaaS, cloud, or security sales, ideally with technical buyers
- Track record of achieving and exceeding goals
- Experience, scaling, and retaining high-performing teams
