About the role

  • Manage and deliver IT service projects from initiation to closure
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with client objectives
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk management, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with development, QA, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Track project performance, identify variances, and implement corrective measures
  • Maintain strong client communication and provide regular status updates
  • Conduct project reviews and ensure proper documentation of lessons learned
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT services/projects
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
  • Hands-on experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar)
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Comfortable relocating to Gurgaon for a work-from-office role
