Chief Marketing Officer

• You will own marketing end-to-end and partner closely with leadership to:
• Build and execute a B2B demand generation engine (inbound + outbound + ABM) that delivers a predictable pipeline of qualified leads from our target ICPs in North America, the UK, and the Middle East.
• Sharpen our brand and positioning — refine the BigStep narrative, value proposition, and messaging across services, industries, and buyer personas.
• Lead content and SEO — define a content roadmap (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, thought-leadership), drive organic traffic, and improve domain authority and rankings on high-intent keywords.
• Run performance marketing — plan, launch, and optimize LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other paid channels; own CPL, CAC, and ROAS targets.
• Set up the marketing tech and analytics stack — HubSpot/CRM hygiene, attribution, dashboards, and reporting cadence with leadership.
• Mentor and direct our in-house marketing executives, designers, and content writers; bring in trusted freelancers as needed.
• Partner with sales/BD on enablement — collateral, decks, sequences, and outbound experiments.

Business Analyst

• Engage with client stakeholders to identify data needs, KPI definitions, and reporting objectives, translating them into structured use cases.
• Document data requirements, business rules, and logic in formats accessible to both business and technical audiences.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and/or Power BI to communicate findings to executive and operational stakeholders.
• Perform data profiling and validation; identify upstream data quality issues and coordinate resolution with data engineering teams.
• Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on data definitions, reporting priorities, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with data engineers on source-to-target mappings and contribute to functional specifications, user stories, and UAT.
• Support delivery managers in tracking milestones, managing scope, and driving continuous improvement across client workstreams.
