💰 $75,000 - $90,000 per year
About the role
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate qualified leads
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activity in the CRM
- Follow up on inbound leads and nurture them through the early stages of the sales funnel
- Establish a feedback loop between sales, marketing, and product teams to gather insights on lead quality and refine strategies
- Provide demos of Syntax Direct to prospects and respond to questions or concerns in the sales process
Requirements
- 1-3 years of successful sales experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms (preferably HubSpot)
- Basic understanding of core investment management principles
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PPT or Canva
- Occasional travel required
- Client-focused perspective (preferred)
- Excellent teamwork and entrepreneurial skills (preferred)
- Business development and/or partnerships experience (preferred)
- Strong industry network and relationships (preferred)
