Product Manager

• Complete workstream value parity gap analysis and consult with business stakeholders for approval.
• Conduct functional gap analysis, discovery documentation, and related JIRA epics and stories; Write detailed requirements for the go-forward solution based on discovery and pre-work that has already been completed.
• Data mapping and migration tool analysis and artifacts
• Collaborate with the UI-UX team to take wireframes to high-fidelity mock-ups
• Shepard product requirements through SDLC – architecture review, engineering refinement, development and testing
• Review solution with internal and external customers throughout the process to ensure all use cases are accounted for. Conduct Product demos (post-development delivery) and go-to-market materials in collaboration with IMO, Product Marketing, and Sales Enablement.
• Work with internal Syndigo teams on commercialization and GTM activities

Implementation Specialist

• Responsible for developing the product configurations, Business Rules, Workflows &amp; Integrations
• Comply with project plans and implementation standards
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade product/customization issues and provide solutions
• Work with partners as an SME in product implementation
• Participate in initiatives that help enhance the RS deliveries
• Liaison with the product/engineering team &amp; Operations team on product functionalities
• Understand the functional solution &amp; configure the MDM product working with the Implementation Lead

Implementation Consultant

Solutions Engineer

• Objectively understand the data management challenges and the vision of how clients are working to align their data strategy with their business strategy
• Gather, understand, and analyze requirements of business use cases and document the requirements related to Master Data Management (MDM - Products, Customers, Vendors)
• Conduct workshops, research, analysis, and create various documents (functional (75%), technical (25%)) needed to support the client’s Product Information Management (PIM)/MDM initiatives.
• Design data model and architecture related to building efficient and timely data ingestion and transformation processes.
• Design an IT solution and architecture to meet the requirements – Data model design, workflow process design (swimlane diagrams) with security based on user roles (data governance), integration design and channels for integration that are appropriate for business need.
• Recommend solutions, obtain approval on business requirements, and the functional designs document. Participate in and lead (in some cases) business analysis and functional design sessions.
• Evaluate new technologies and capabilities aligned with business objectives.
• Manage code deployment to various environments.
• Analyze data volumes to determine the processing and storage needed for the system to optimize performance.
• Liaison with the product/engineering team &amp; Operations team on product functionalities, feature requests and enhancements.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot data issues, recognizing common data integration and transformation patterns.
• Estimate, track, and communicate the status of assigned items to a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Documents the methodology for all the stages of the app development cycle (business test scenarios, final solution).
