Support the marketing strategy and execution for a new retail credit program that includes multiple retail brands.
Responsible for partnering with the VP, Chico’s FAS Marketing Leader on the development and implementation of marketing strategies and tactics.
Optimize marketing spend and pursue additional funds to meet growth goals.
Manage multi-channel acquisition, lifecycle and world campaigns.
Monitor & manage performance of all key credit and marketing metrics vs. plan.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or, in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma/GED and 10 years of marketing experience in the credit card or financial services industries.
A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience to include (can be concurrent): 5 years of growth marketing leadership with exposure to consumer-facing programs and products 5 years of experience with developing and delivering financial services products via digital channels 5 years of experience in payments or general-purpose credit card product management
Ability to travel as needed (~25%)
