Work with the D360 Director to support content creation within Dimensional’s Practice Management Team, Client Communities Team, Events/Conferences Team, Client Communications Team and Website Teams.
Serve as a dedicated consultant and resource for the Global Client Services leadership, and be a key point of contact for marketing requests related to Dimensional 360
Identify new and emerging marketing tools, services, and software to innovate and further the Dimensional 360 marketing strategy
Provide input on creative approaches and messaging to elevate the attendee experiences.
Coordinate with channel marketing teammates to optimize promotions and monitor D360 performance metrics.
Act as the liaison between creative teams and stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
Stay abreast of competitive intelligence and marketplace opportunities and challenges, including monitoring and benchmarking industry developments
Communicate effectively with internal and external partners and vendors (podcast production company, Medallia survey provider, broadcast teams, etc.)
Requirements
5+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, financial services or related roles.
Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Past experience with practice management and benchmarking a huge plus
Experience with an asset management firm, broker dealer, large RIA, or annuity company preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build trust and influence, and to collaborate effectively across teams to achieve the best results.
Ability to evaluate performance of communications and present analytics in a meaningful way.
Experience working with CRMs, email automation tools, and event management software.
A bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Finance, Business or related field preferred.
