Work closely with the Partnerships and Alliances team, sales, product, and other marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of partner initiatives
Design and implement joint marketing programs, campaigns, and events with partners to drive demand generation, product awareness, and lead generation
Utilize data-driven insights to monitor and analyze the performance of partner marketing activities, optimizing strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
Oversee the partner marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum return on investment
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to keep the partner marketing strategy innovative and relevant
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
12+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partner or channel marketing within the B2B enterprise software industry
Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team
Strong experience in demand generation within the SaaS B2B industry
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
A strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including ABM, digital marketing, pipeline, and performance metrics
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful partner marketing programs that drive measurable results
