About the role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives and drives measurable growth
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key partners to enhance mutual growth and innovation
  • Inspire and lead a team of partner marketing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development
  • Work closely with the Partnerships and Alliances team, sales, product, and other marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of partner initiatives
  • Design and implement joint marketing programs, campaigns, and events with partners to drive demand generation, product awareness, and lead generation
  • Utilize data-driven insights to monitor and analyze the performance of partner marketing activities, optimizing strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Oversee the partner marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum return on investment
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to keep the partner marketing strategy innovative and relevant

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 12+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partner or channel marketing within the B2B enterprise software industry
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team
  • Strong experience in demand generation within the SaaS B2B industry
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including ABM, digital marketing, pipeline, and performance metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful partner marketing programs that drive measurable results
