About the role

  • Provide visionary guidance and mentorship to senior designers
  • Oversee successful execution of Tier 3 and Tier 4 creative projects
  • Drive strong, collaborative partnerships with Project Management teams
  • Collaborate with Production Coordinator to manage project intake and delivery
  • Act as a senior creative advisor for resolving challenges

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of professional design experience
  • Proven leadership in managing senior-level creative teams
  • Familiarity with distributed team dynamics and project management tools (e.g., Workfront, JIRA, Asana)
  • Experience executing and overseeing Tier 3 and Tier 4 creative production tasks
  • Expertise with digital, UX/UI, branding, and/or print design
