About the role
- Lead and develop the full Auto marketing organization.
- Act as a strategic thought leader to Partners and BD Prospects.
- Grow Team adoption and execution of SYF marketing tactics.
- Champion data-driven marketing by leveraging consumer and partner research.
- Drive execution and continuous innovation of omnichannel marketing programs.
- Collaborate closely with the Auto General Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; alternatively, a high school diploma plus 14 years of marketing experience.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive sales and marketing experience.
- At least 3 years managing digital marketing channels.
- Minimum 5 years of proven people leadership experience.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Annual Incentive Plan target of 25% of salary
- Annual Equity target of 25% of salary
