• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from design through to implementation, while maintaining clear and effective communication throughout

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse data and deliver insightful solutions to enhance decision-making processes and support smooth project delivery
• Facilitate service design and gather requirements
• Handle project kick-off and close-out activities
• Conduct gap analysis and ensure all requirements are fulfilled
• Review and generate pertinent documentation
• Analyse data to produce insightful reports that aid strategic decision-making
• Dissect complex issues and convert them into actionable deliverables, including solutions and services
• Engage with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to define and agree reporting and analytics requirements, and provide guidance to the team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify needs and set objectives
• Join an Energy sector team within an Oil & Gas Operator environment and work within Sword's technical and domain-focused teams

• Senior, board-facing Enterprise Architect role shaping the UK's energy grid strategy across a high-profile joint venture.
• Present enterprise architecture vision and service strategies to senior leaders and board members; align architecture and strategy for resilient, scalable, customer-focused energy systems.
• Lead enterprise-level architecture, define service design principles, drive future-state operating models, establish governance, and advise leadership on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Contract role initially 6–12 months with strong potential for extension.
