Technical support - installation and preventive / corrective maintenance in customers' medical equipment
Evaluate customer equipment issues and implement appropriate repairs
Verify and approve the operational quality of the equipment and / or system
Document all repair actions and submit reports/summaries according to schedule
Follow appropriate GE policies, procedures, and completes necessary documentation
Maintain communications with customers as directed
Work as a member of local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts
Ensure all work orders, vendor service reports, time and expense reports, PM activities, purchase orders, and other duties are documented in an accurate and timely manner
Ensure all test equipment is tracked and 100% calibrated on time
Planning and effective organization of work
Comply with the integrity and compliance guidelines as well as promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with applicable EHS policies and procedures
Requirements
High School Diploma / GED
Valid National Driver's License
Ability and willingness to travel 100% of the time
Experience with maintenance and installation of solar inverters
Experience in customer relationship management and customer service
Analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate technical issues to the customer in an easy to understand manner
Knowledge of the office package (Excel, Word, Power Point, Internet)
Initiative, concentration and excellent communication skills, listening and establishing interpersonal relationships
Strong time management and organizational skills
Self-motivated
Experience developing and maintaining good customer relations
