About the role
- Technical support - installation and preventive / corrective maintenance in customers' medical equipment
- Evaluate customer equipment issues and implement appropriate repairs
- Verify and approve the operational quality of the equipment
- Document all repair actions and submit reports/summaries
- Maintain communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up
- Work as a member of local team to provide efficient service delivery
- Comply with integrity and compliance guidelines
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED
- Valid National Driver's License
- Ability and willingness to travel 100% of the time
- Experience with maintenance and installation of solar inverters
- Experience in customer relationship management and customer service
- Analytical and communication skills
- Knowledge of the office package (Excel, Word, Power Point, Internet)
