About the role

  • Design and develop engaging compliance training programs tailored to employee roles and risk profiles using Articulate and Vyond
  • Support company-wide compliance training planning and consult with business segments and works councils
  • Create visually compelling materials (presentations, job aids, infographics) in Canva or PowerPoint to simplify complex compliance topics
  • Ensure content accuracy across key compliance areas and translate legal/regulatory requirements into practical learner-friendly content
  • Develop and implement quizzes, knowledge checks, and assessments; analyze results to identify gaps and improve training
  • Manage deployment and maintenance of compliance training through the LMS, including audience targeting, enrollment, and reporting
  • Oversee external learning vendor relationships to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
  • Use learner feedback and training analytics to continuously improve content, delivery methods, and engagement strategies
  • Support communications and campaigns to drive participation and reinforce a culture of integrity

Requirements

  • 7+ years combined experience in corporate compliance and instructional design or adult learning development
  • Strong knowledge of compliance topics: conflicts of interest, anti-bribery, speak-up culture, fair competition, and privacy
  • Demonstrated ability to develop role- and risk-tailored training content
  • Expertise in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Vyond) and content design platforms (Canva, PowerPoint)
  • Experience managing compliance training programs, audiences, and reporting within enterprise LMS systems
  • Skilled in designing assessments, knowledge checks, and measuring learner comprehension and training effectiveness
  • Strong project management, collaboration, communication skills, and ability to manage external vendors
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a drug screen may be required
