About the role
- Drive the execution and tracking of strategic initiatives, incl. complex cross-disciplined programs that span multiple organizations and various stakeholders.
- Define and execute programs, and track and monitor execution, risks & opportunities to ensure program on-time delivery.
- Support the definition of AI / ML strategic roadmaps for Electrification.
- Drive the definition of the programs including milestones for AI / ML and Innovation Partnerships.
- Manage Risks & Dependencies between organisations.
- Define and implement processes for coordination between organisations.
- Owns tools and continuous improvement for the Innovation and AI / ML Electrification organisation.
- Support Product Management and Marketing in business cases definition.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in science or engineering.
- Extensive and demonstrated years of professional experience including software development project management, risk management, strategy.
- Extensively established leadership credentials.
- Experience in Agile project management, Lean, Innovation methodologies (e.g. Design Thinking)
- Program Management capabilities for complex multi-business projects.
- Financial dexterity to manage business cases and support Product Management and Marketing in business cases definition.
- Ability to influence a highly matrixed organization with varying levels of experience, competence and buy-in.
- Exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to motivate geographically and culturally diverse teams.
- Collaborative team player able to work across businesses and geographies.
