Development of understanding of the wind turbine technology, enabling improved conclusions on technical prioritization
Establish fault handling processes utilizing business systems to enable efficient and standardized mobilization of technicians offshore
Use of Problem-Solving Report and DMAIC to steer the continual improvement culture within your area of responsibility
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline plus 3 years of experience leading projects in Field Services or Commissioning OR HSED/GED or professional education/apprenticeship in a technical discipline and 5 years of experience leading projects in Field Services or Commissioning
Capable of working offshore at site operational wind farms
Comfortable working at heights
Ability to properly use safety equipment
Must maintain a weight restriction under 230lbs
Successful offshore wind experience or experience in a related discipline
High motivation level; self-starter with excellent leadership and communication skills
High capability with various office and cloud-based software
Solid oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to research and resolve problems in a structured manner
Demonstrated ability to Steer Projects
Demonstrated experience heading technician teams
