Review the latest GE safety, quality and local safety information and make sure this is understood by the site team with the creation of toolbox talks.
Participate in process, quality and safety improvement initiatives and provide feedback on lessons earned to the site management team.
Analyse and evaluate associated site lifting plans and operations to maintain consistent safe working practices.
Review of preventative and corrective maintenance procedures, ensuring they are operationally deployable and have been assessed for suitability from a local EHS perspective.
Support the review of turbine work scopes to ensure risks are identified and have been correctly captured and mitigated prior to work execution.
This role will work on a rotation basis on a service operations vessel.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline plus 3 years of experience leading projects in Field Services or Commissioning OR HSED/GED or professional education / apprenticeship in a technical discipline and 5 years of experience leading projects in Field Services or Commissioning.
Capable of working offshore at site operational wind farms.
Comfortable working at heights.
Ability to properly use safety equipment.
Must maintain a weight restriction under 230lbs.
Successful offshore wind experience or experience in a related discipline.
High motivation level; self-starter with excellent leadership and communication skills.
High capability with various office and cloud-based software.
