Own evaluation, planning, implementation and closure of fleet containment/corrective actions derived from Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Develop cost-effective fleet implementation strategies that meet customer requirements
Coordinate across the organization with One Field Services, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, Finance and other required functions to plan and implement technical solutions
Lead internal communications on fleet program status; communicate progress to all levels of the organization
Lead consistent communications internally across the business and externally with customers/vendors to ensure appropriate, controlled messaging with fluid coordination of activities
Develop strong ties with functional leaders, proactively identify and resolve process gaps and guide other teams in issue resolution
Provide input to Fulfillment teams
Prioritize fleet implementation and achieve penetration targets
Utilize varied software tools to perform fleet program data analytics
Participate in Lean Action Workouts and/or lead Kaizen projects to improve internal processes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology from an accredited college or university
8 + years of relevant experience with proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and complex programs
Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence cross-functionally at all levels of the organization
Self-starter with significant experience in cross-functional roles
Demonstrated capability in leading through influence in a matrixed global organization
Highly collaborative with demonstrated capability for driving change
Proactive thinker, able to anticipate outcomes and see around corners
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects/programs and drive to completion
Able to interface and communicate clearly and effectively with all levels, both internally and externally with customers
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Certification in Six Sigma, PMP, or similar methodologies
