About the role
- Own evaluation, planning, implementation and closure of fleet containment/corrective actions derived from Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Develop cost-effective fleet implementation strategies that meet customer requirements
- Coordinate across the organization with One Field Services, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, Finance and other required functions to plan and implement technical solutions
- Lead internal communications on fleet program status; communicate progress to all levels of the organization
- Lead consistent communications internally across the business and externally with customers/vendors to ensure appropriate, controlled messaging with fluid coordination of activities
- Develop strong ties with functional leaders, proactively identify and resolve process gaps and guide other teams in issue resolution
- Provide input to Fulfillment teams
- Prioritize fleet implementation and achieve penetration targets
- Utilize varied software tools to perform fleet program data analytics
- Participate in Lean Action Workouts and/or lead Kaizen projects to improve internal processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology from an accredited college or university
- 8 + years of relevant experience with proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and complex programs
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence cross-functionally at all levels of the organization
- Self-starter with significant experience in cross-functional roles
- Demonstrated capability in leading through influence in a matrixed global organization
- Highly collaborative with demonstrated capability for driving change
- Proactive thinker, able to anticipate outcomes and see around corners
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects/programs and drive to completion
- Able to interface and communicate clearly and effectively with all levels, both internally and externally with customers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certification in Six Sigma, PMP, or similar methodologies
