Overseeing the project and direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources for medium-large sized projects
Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements
Requirements
Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college
At least 7 years' experience in Power Generation/Product Knowledge
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills.
