About the role
- Responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project-related activities and resources
- Overseeing the project and direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources for medium-large sized projects
- Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
- May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements
Requirements
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college
- At least 7 years' experience in Power Generation/Product Knowledge
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills.
