Oversee all aspects of assigned projects from initiation to closing as Senior Project Manager
Supervise and direct project resources to deliver value effectively and consistently to the customer
Ensure strategic alignment and execute corporate operational processes to drive timely delivery of safely completed project work
Manage assigned projects in accordance with schedule, budget, contract documents, and quality expectations
Effectively manage subcontractor and vendor performance to ensure compliant project delivery
Manage installation strategies and leverage industry best practices and means and methods
Follow safe work practices and promote company Core Values and a culture of employee empowerment
Operate equipment (scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, UTVs) when required
Travel as required, generally including overnight stays
Requirements
BS in Project Management or Construction Management. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Minimum 7-10 years’ experience managing structured cabling and integrated systems projects
Experienced in the management of multiple contractual types and vehicles-lump sum, cost plus / GMP, unit price, design-build / design-assist, time, and material
Certifications: BICSI RCDD, BICSI RTPM, or PMP preferred
Other BICSI Certifications are a plus(Installer, Technician, etc.)
Ability to identify change events and implement change management best practices
Knowledge of various construction technology platforms, quality, and safety standards
Must be able to operate equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs (buggies) if required
Able and willing to travel; position generally expected to require overnight travel
Ability to meet physical demands (lift/move up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, work in confined spaces)
